The scope of this project involves the demolition and removal of the former Codiac Regional RCMP Detachment, located at 520 Main Street, Moncton, NB, in its entirety, including all foundations, structures, architectural components, mechanical systems, electrical systems, site features, and all associated appurtenances. The scope of work also requires the removal, abandonment, capping or relocation of existing municipal services (as indicated in the Tender specifications and drawings), as well as the disposal of demolished materials at approved facilities. |
