The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to engage the services of a qualified, professional, and knowledgeable firm to complete a comprehensive review and assessment of the remaining functional Irishtown reservoir and Dam (which includes the dam and spillway), and assess the decommissioned infrastructure following the latest version of the Canadian Dam Association's "Dam Safety Guidelines: as well as provide Class C construction drawings to improve the trail section on the crest of the dam.
