The City of Moncton requires the services of an experienced and qualified contractor for Moncton City Council Chambers renovations as indicated in the attached drawings and specifications. The project includes, but is not limited to:

1. Removal of existing required seating and work desk/misc. cabinetry NIC. The City of Moncton will issue a separate contact.
2. Demolition of existing carpet/base NIC. The City of Moncton will issue a separate contact.
3. Replacement of carpet and base NIC. The City of Moncton will issue a separate contact.
4. Refer to Electrical drawing and specification.
5. Refer to Electrical for floor trenching detail.
