The Codiac Regional RCMP is seeking to engage a consulting firm to provide all services required for the development of a multi-year (2025-2032) Strategic Master Plan. The scope of the multi-year strategic plan of the following components:
(b) Current state assessment of Codiac Regional RCMP focusing on understanding internal structure, workforce composition, and budgetary allocations to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Simultaneously, assessing external factors, such as demographic shifts, demand trends and community perceptions to enable a holistic understanding of the Codiac Region. (c) Preparation of a multi-year Strategic Master Plan for Codiac Regional RCMP focusing on bridging gaps identified in previous consultations, the current state assessment and aligned to overarching goals (respective of budget) for the Codiac Regional RCMP. |
