The City of Moncton is requesting construction services to replace its propane heating system with a new natural gas heating system. The existing natural gas service entrance is to be modified and extended from the existing entrance/meter to serve all of Part B (Trades and Shops) of the Operations Centre, while maintaining its service to the existing natural gas central boiler (serving Part A). Some gas lines (currently propane) are to remain while others are to be newly installed. Engineered stamped drawings (Specifications on Drawings) can be found in this tender package. New unit heaters and radiant tube heaters shall be installed as per plans and specifications, along with all ancillaries and materials to complete this project.
