PURPOSE:  Through the award of this Request for Proposal, the City of Moncton is seeking to engage the services of a well-established, highly qualified and experienced Consultant to deliver a standardized, streamlined, and scalable Chart of Accounts (CoA) that strengthens financial reporting, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports effective decision-making. The redesigned CoA will serve as a foundational framework for the City of Moncton’s future Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, enabling advanced budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
