The City of Moncton wishes to retain the services of a qualified consultant or consulting firm to develop a new ten (10) year municipal Cultural Plan (2027-2037).  

The purpose of this assignment is to prepare a strategic and actionable Cultural Plan that will guide the City’s cultural development for the next ten (10) years. The new plan shall build on the work undertaken through the current Cultural Plan 2016–2026, including consideration of the four Strategic Actions identified therein, and assess their continued relevance, outcomes and future application. 

Through this professional engagement, the successful Consultant shall undertake a review of the current Cultural Plan (2016–2026), related municipal plans and policies, current cultural conditions, existing resources and emerging opportunities. The new plan shall establish a renewed vision, strategic directions, priorities, and actions for the next phase of cultural development in Moncton.
