The purpose of this RFP is to engage the services of a qualified, professional, and knowledgable firm with experience in completing safety reviews of water dams to completed a complrehensive review and assessment of the Turtle Creek and Tower Road REservoirs and Dams, including hte water dams, intake structures, spillway gates, and valve building.
