Removal of garage doors & hardware, man doors, vinyl siding, exhaust fan, wooden stairs, drywall & insulation in and on ceilings and walls, light fixtures, receptacles, plumbing on and in walls and floor, kitchen sinks, removal of existing concrete floor, refer to drawings and specifications for exhaustive scope.

New:

Supply and install new doors and associated hardware and Paint, metal stairs, Trusscore on walls and ceiling, insulation and VB at ext wall systems, new concrete floor c/w epoxy flooring system, new in floor plumbing (rerouting piping, new floor drains), ERV c/w ducting, mini split c/w two heads, new SS sinks, trap primer, new vinyl siding, new receptacles, new lighting interior and exterior, upgrade electrical service entrance, refer to drawings and specifications for exhaustive scope.
