PURPOSE: Through the award of this Request for Proposal, the City of Moncton is seeking to engage the services of a well-established, highly qualified and experienced Consultant to complete an in-depth, comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Needs Analysis and Readiness Assessment. The successful Consultant will also provide technical advisory services to assist the City’s appointed ERP Project Team with the development of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of a new ERP solution, and serve as an advisor to the ERP RFP Evaluation Committee during the evaluation and selection process that will be carried out for the purchase and implementation of a new ERP solution. |
