The work consists of the reconstruction of Brentwood Drive from Hollywood Drive to Brookside Drive, the reconstruction of McElroy Street from Halifax Street to Beaverbrook Street, and the reconstruction of Service Street from Joyce Avenue to Murphy Avenue. The work includes and is not limited to the construction of some combined sewer, water main, street improvements including new concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, asphalt, property restoration and landscaping.
