The City of Moncton is looking to have a new set of concrete stairs constructed at Resurgo Place located at 20 Mountain rd. in Moncton, NB. The new stairs are to be constructed along Mountain rd. on the northeast corner of the building heading towards the main entrance. The new stairs are to address visitors that walk up the steep grassy hill when parking on the street, instead of walking around the building. New concrete stairs to be constructed as per Gemtec's plans and spec.
