PURPOSE: 

Through the award of this RFP, the City of Moncton is seeking to modernize its systems by adopting a new, all-in-one, state-of-the-art and intuitive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) product, which can support the domains of finance, human resources, asset management and payroll (or a solution which can support all domains other than payroll but integrates with Moncton’s current payroll solution (ADP WorkForce Now)), providing a unified view of all operations and a single source of truth for data; essentially acting as a central hub to streamline daily business activities and decision-making. 

The ERP Solution is a strategic initiative that will transform how the City operates and interacts with our customers. The City is ONLY considering a CLOUD OR SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE (SAAS) SOLUTION, that will allow for a digital transformation of the ERP environment into a one stop solution for all requirements, integrated across service areas (i.e., ERP functionality and other standalone systems) and optimized business processes. The goal is to achieve a single system of record.
