The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to invite submissions from qualified, professional engineering firms to provide a Proposal, in compliance with the Terms and Conditions, Specifications, Terms of Reference, Drawings / Plans, and Appendices stated herein, for the provision of engineering services to complete Phase 10 of the City of Moncton’s Sewer System Review and Master Plan.
