SafetThe City of Moncton is seeking proposals from qualified proponents for the supply, implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing support of a comprehensive cloud-based Safety Management System (SMS).

The proposed solution must provide an integrated platform to support incident reporting and investigation, corrective action management, compliance tracking, safety inspections, training and certification management, contractor management, analytics and reporting, and mobile/offline functionality.

The objective of this procurement is to replace existing fragmented and manual safety processes with a centralized enterprise solution that improves regulatory compliance, enhances operational efficiency, strengthens risk management, and supports a proactive safety culture across all City departments.

The contract term will be for an initial three (3) year period, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms, subject to mutual agreement.
